​🛒 Shopping In-Store

Q. Do you have a physical store I can visit?

A. Yes! You're welcome to visit our store in person to browse our beautiful collection of crystals, jewellery, home décor, and more. It’s a great way to see and feel the energy of each piece before you buy.  We have a lot of products available in-store that are not yet listed on our website.

 

Q. Where are you located?

A. You can find us at 11 Coronet Place, DAPTO NSW 2530. We’re a home based shop with a large crystal showroom, parking is available either in our driveway or on the street.

 

Q. What are your store hours?

A. We’re open Monday to Thursday 5pm – 7pm, Friday to Sunday 10:30am – 5pm. Please check our Google listing or social media for any holiday or special trading hours.

 

Q. Can I purchase in-store and take items home the same day?

A. Absolutely! All in-store purchases can be taken home immediately unless it's a custom or special order.

 

Q. Do you accept EFTPOS or cash?

A. Yes, we accept EFTPOS, major credit/debit cards, Afterpay, and cash payments in-store.

 

Q. Can I see an item from your website in-store?

A. Most items listed online are also available in-store. If you're after something specific, we recommend contacting us before visiting to make sure it's in stock.

 

Q. Is in-store pickup available for online orders?

A. Yes, you can select "Pick Up In-Store" at checkout. We'll let you know when your order is ready to collect.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: All orders are packed and shipped from our family-run studio in the Illawarra region, NSW, Australia.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary by location:- Australia: 2–8 business days- International: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs)

 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and parcel weight. Free shipping may apply during special promotions.

 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes, we accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

 

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. All orders ae shipped with insurance (at our expense) and Australia Post generally require you to take the packaging and damaged item into one of their locations to assess.  Unfortunately whilst we pack your items with care, sometime your local postman does not. 

 

Q: What if my order doesn't arrive?

A: All packages that leave Crystal D'Lites have a tracking number.  If you do not receive it, please reach out.  Unfortunately once it leaves us, we are unable to chase Australia Post as it becomes the receivers responsibility (Australia Post rules not ours), however as added security we do insure every package (at our expense) for added peace of mind.  If your package goes missing, you will need to contact Australia Post with your tracking number.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already started packing your order. It is best to let us know ASAP if you have had a change of heart.

 

🔮 Crystals & Authenticity

 

Q: Are your crystals genuine?

A: Yes, all our crystals are 100% genuine (unless otherwise stated eg: Aura Quartz) and ethically sourced where possible. We work with trusted Australian and international suppliers.

 

Q: How do I care for my crystals?

A: Each crystal is unique, but general tips include:

- Keep them in a safe space, out of direct sun

- Clean with soft cloths (no harsh chemicals)

- Energetically cleanse with sound, smoke, selenite or moonlight

 

🎥 Live Sales & Social Media

 

Q: How do your live shows work?

A: Join us every Saturday at 7:00 PM AEST on Facebook. We showcase one-of-a-kind pieces, new arrivals and customers can claim them live by commenting.  We also have a few laughs and play some games giving you the chance to win some amazing prizes.

 

Q: What happens after I claim an item during a live show?

A: After the show, we’ll upload your claims to our website under the Live Show section. Payment is required within 72 hours.  We do ask if you are new to our live shows to send us a PM on Facebook so we can easily reach out to you.

💎Layby Information

We’re excited to offer a simple and flexible crystal layby option in Australia to help you secure your favourite treasures. Whether you’re shopping for crystals, jewellery, or unique gifts, our layby makes it easier to pay over time while still guaranteeing your item.

Q: What’s the minimum spend for layby?

A: Laybys are available on purchases of $300 or more. This means you can secure larger crystal pieces, jewellery, or specialty items without paying the full amount upfront. 

Q: How does your layby work?

A: To start a layby, you’ll pay a 25% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and secures your item. After that, you’ll make 25% payments every fortnight until the balance is cleared. It’s an easy way to buy crystals on layby online in Australia.

Q: Can I have more than one layby at a time?

A: We allow only one layby per customer at a time to keep things fair and manageable.

Q: How do I make payments?

A: Layby payments can only be made via PayID or bank transfer. We don’t accept card or PayPal payments for laybys.

Q.  Can I add more items to my layby later?

A: Sorry, once a layby has started it can’t be added to. If you’d like more items, you’re welcome to start a new layby once your current one is completed.

Q: What happens if I miss a payment?

A: Payments are due every two weeks. If a payment is missed and not arranged promptly, your layby may be cancelled. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, but any other payments will be returned.

Q: How long do I have to pay off my layby?

A: Laybys run across four fortnightly payments (including your deposit), which means they must be completed within six weeks.

Q: Can I pay my layby off early?

A: Yes! You can pay off your layby any time, and your item will be available once the balance is fully cleared.

🛍️ Orders & Payment

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards, Direct Deposit, Pay ID, PayPal, and Afterpay (where available).

 

Q: Can I combine multiple orders?

A: Yes! If you order multiple times within a short window (especially during a live show weekend), we’ll combine shipping where possible to save you costs.  You can opt to have an open basket by selecting local pickup at checkout and only selecting postage when your ready for us to ship your orders.
